Ingredients



    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 6 clove, minced
    2 quarts low sodium chicken broth
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia), chopped
    Yellow Split Peas, 2 cup
    Curry powder, 1 tbsp
    Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey Ham, 2 oz, chopped

Tips

Soup is even better the next day.


Directions

Saute onions in olive oil until glassy about 3 min; add garlic and continue to saute 1 min; add curry powder and saute another 30 seconds. Add broth, yellow split peas, cauliflower and ham. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour.
