Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 Cups Chicken Broth
    3 Chicken Breast
    1 Can White Kidney beans also called Cannelini Beans
    1 Can Chili Beans (I like Brooks)
    1 16oz Jar Salsa (Choose whatever heat you like)

Tips

I like to put the chicken and broth in the crock pot for 6 hours and then shred chicken and add all other ingredients. Can be mild or spicy depending on what beans and salsa you want to put in and adjusting chili powder and cumin.


Directions

Cook chicken breast in broth (can do in crockpot) then shred chicken. Mix in all other ingredients. DO NOT DRAIN ANYTHING INCLUDING THE BROTH YOU COOKED THE CHICKEN IN. Simmer until hot and flavors mix.
I like to add chili powder and cumin for the extra kick!
