Introduction

A delicious breakfast with muffins or toast! A delicious breakfast with muffins or toast!

Ingredients

    1/2 c. 1% milk
    1/2 c. frozen banana slices
    1 100g container of Strawberry Naturalia yogurt

Directions

Frozen banana slices: Cut up banana into slices and place in plastic baggie, layering them so that they aren't on top of one another. Freeze overnight.

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

P.S. You can use different milk products and yogurt but the nutritional information may change. Don't change the flavour of yougurt, keep it strawberry. Only change the brand if desired. You can also use fresh fruit instead of frozen but the drink will be warmer.
