    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Stick), 1 Tbsp, 1 serving

    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup

    Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long

    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large

    Water, tap, .5 fl oz

    Flour, white, 2 cup

    Baking Soda, 1 tsp

    Salt, .125 tsp

Tips

When in oven, it does not bake for exactly 1 hour. It could be ready before or a little after 1 hour.


Directions

cream butter and sugar until fluffy
beat in eggs~ one at a time
blend in bananas
add water+dry ingredients
spoon into greased 9"x5" loaf pan
bake~1 hour at 350'
