*Perdue Bread low fat chicken breast cutlet, 2 serving (remove)
Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon, 10 serving (remove)
Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
Butter, unsalted, 1 stick (remove)
Directions
1. First you place the chicken on a cutting board and make an incision along the side of the chicken, enough to be able to put something inside the chicken, then take a handful of mozzarella and stuff the chicken with it.
2. Next, you want to pan sear the chicken enough so that the outside of the chicken is a caramel color, then you take the chicken out an wrap it in bacon.
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes (turn halfway through) then after the 45 minutes are up, turn the temp. up to 500 degrees to make the bacon crispy(make sure you watch it).
4. Now, put 4 medium, peeled and cut, potatoes in a pot to boil, when the potatoes are soft drain the water.
5. Last, add milk, garlic, butter, and anything you want to add flavor to your mash.
