Ingredients

    DRY
    4 C organic whole oats
    ½ c pumpkin seeds
    2 t cinnamon powder
    ½ t cardamom powder
    ½ t ginger powder

    WET
    ½ C agave
    ¼ C organic brown or coconut sugar
    ½ C extra virgin organic coconut oil
    1 t pure vanilla extract
    ½ C organic pumpkin puree

    ½ C dried cranberries



Tips

Remove from oven when golden brown. Let sit in the pan until completely cooled. Store in mason jar with tight filling lid.


Directions

Mix dry and wet ingredients together in separate bowls, then mix together well with your hands. Spread evenly on a large cookie sheet. Bake @ 325, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and mix cranberries into hot granola.
