Ingredients

    ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt, more or less
    2 tablespoons hot buffalo wing sauce, more or less. Cane go as much as 50/50 with the yogurt.
    1 tablespoon buffalo blue cheese dressing, more or less. You can used mayo and add a Tbsp of blue cheese instead
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    A little cracked black pepper
    1 1/2 cup of cooked shredded or chopped chicken
    1 cup celery stalks, diced or sliced thin
    1/2 cup chopped red onion



    We'll serve with lettuce and or spinach and on either the hamburger buns or wrapped on tortillas

Tips

We'll serve with a thick slice of tomato, lettuce and/or spinach and on either whole wheat hamburger buns or wrapped in low carb high fiber tortillas


Directions

Mix together the yogurt, wing sauce, dressing
