1c. Plain nonfat yogurt
Hefty splash of fat-free milk
About 2" of cucumber, roughly peeled and chopped
0.25c. (small handful) TJ's frozen pineapple chunks
0.25c. (small handful) TJ's frozen mango chunks
0.25c. (handful) of fresh spinach, washed and patted dry
Tips
No sugar needed, the fruit sweetens it up just enough. All the ingredients make this a nice, light, fresh smoothie. The cucumber is very subtle, and you can't even taste the spinach once it's all blended together!
Directions
Throw everything but the spinach in a blender and mix on high until smooth texture. Toss in the spinach and blend until smooth again.
