Ingredients

    1.25 lb. stew meat
    approx. 2 lbs. white potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
    8 oz. shortcut carrots
    8 oz. frozen green beans
    1 small onion, cut into eights
    1 bay leaf

    Put all of the above ingredients into crockpot. Mix the following together and pour over the rest:

    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 condensed can tomato soup
    1 soup-can water

    Cook on low setting for approximately 8 hours, or until everything is tender.
