Ingredients

    1 1/4 c flour
    3/4 c corn meal
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 c sugar
    1/4 c oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c skim milk

Directions

Mix together dry ingredients. Add oil, egg and milk. Stir until well blended. Bake in a square pan 8"x8" that has been oil sprayed at 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 9 large pieces 2 3/4" pieces
