Introduction

Ingredients

    - a handful of frisée (curly endive), or any lettuce
    - 1 slice of duck foie gras (see the tips to avoid it)
    - 2 slices of cured ham
    - 3 big white asparragus
    - 2 red peppers (piquillo-style)
    - 2 slices of soft rind ewe cheese

Tips

I know that foie gras is a problematic ingredient, but it is part of the traditional recipe.
I you don't want to add it, simply remove it from the recipe, or exchange it with duck pâté or duck mousse.


Directions

- in a plate, add the salad
- on top of it, place the various ingredients

- on the side, serve a bit of vinaigrette and grated garlic
