Ingredients

    2 whole boneless skinless chicken breast cooked and cubed
    2 romaine tomatoes chopped
    1 6 oz tomato sauce
    2 chicken bullion cubes
    1/2 packet of taco seasonings
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp cracked pepper
    1 tsp chili powder
    4 whole green pepper cut n half
    1 cup brown whole wheat long grain rice cooked
    1 can black beans/ drained and rinsed
    2 Tbsp of shredded mild cheddar cheese per green pepper


Directions

Cook chicken breast in skillet, with seasonings (onion,chili,garlic, pepper) until no longer pink. While chicken is cooking boiled rice with the bullion cubes. Then add cooked rice to the cubed chicken. add 1/2 water, taco seasoning, chopped tomatoes, black beans. tomato sauce. simmer for 10 minutes. preheat oven at 400 add 1/2 cup chicken taco mix to halved green peppers, cook until tendered to your preference. add cheese about 10 minutes at the end
