    I debone a rotisserie chicken myself, but you can buy it however you want. Note that quantities are based on the meat of an entire chicken, both dark and light meat.


I usually make this 1/2 a chicken at a time, so the avocado doesn't have a chance to darken in the fridge. I like it on a tortilla. My daughter adds a little shredded cheese to hers. It's also yummy to add lettuce and tomato to the wrap. The sky's the limit!


Debone rotisserie chicken and place in mixing bowl. Peel and seed avocado and cut into small chunks. Dump all ingredients into chicken and mix together with hands.

Can be served on tortillas, crackers, bread, pita chips - whatever you prefer. Can be served cold or warm.
