    Ingredients:
    *Pork Ribs, country style, 36 oz
    *1 cup onion chopped, 1 serving
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp
    Kroger Pinto Beans, 2 cup
    Old El Paso Green Chiles, 8 tbsp
    Hunt's diced tomatoes , basil, garlic & oregano, 2 cup
    Hunt's tomato sauce, no salt added, 1 cup
    Kroger Black Beans, 3.5 serving
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    *Oregeno, 2 tsp
    Basil, 1 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp

Directions

Put meat in crock pot and sprinkle with all the seasonings
Add all other ingredients and cook on high for 4.5 hours

Serving Size: 4.5 oz meat and 1/3 cup beans
