Ingredients



    16 oz cooked ground turkey
    2 cloves garlic
    1 can drained black beans
    1 can drained kidney beans
    1 can drained corn
    1 28oz can diced tomatoes
    1 24oz can tomato sauce
    3 med tomatoes, diced
    1 can drained mushrooms
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2.5 tablespoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    1-2 teaspoon cumin (as preferred)
    1/2 teaspoon oregano


Tips

Good served with a dollop of light sour cream or shredded cheese (not included in calorie count for this recipe though).


Directions

Brown turkey and add in garlic.
Put everything in crockpot. Stir thoroughly.
Cook on low - 8-10 hours.
