Introduction

Ingredients


    24 oz fresh cranberries (6 cups)
    1/2 C sugar
    3/4 cup golden raisins
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    2 med Granny Smith apple chopped
    3/4 cup water
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

Tips

This is very light on sugar, so add more to taste.


Directions

In large kettle, bring all ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Store in frig. Yield: 6 cups
