Ingredients

    3 cups Cabbage, red, fresh, chopped
    1/2 cup Celery, raw, diced
    1 cup Carrots, raw, 1 cup, diced
    2 Apple, Gala (medium),skinned and diced
    1/4 cup Raisins, golden seedless packed

    Dressing
    1 tsp. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    3 tbsp. *Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 tbsp. Great Value Apple Cider Vinegar,
    1/2 tsp. Garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. Ginger Root peeled ad grated
    3/4 cup, Onions, Red ,raw minced
    1 tsp Honey

Tips

Add toasted sunflower seeds or any other extras you like.
Note: I use my food processor on pulse for the veggies one type at a time.


Directions

Chopped all veggies and put in large bowl with a lid. Make dressing combining well. Pour over veggies, mix thoroughly. Cover bowl and let sit in frig for at least 1 hour. Keep well for a couple of days in frig.
