Introduction

This is an old recipe my grandma used to make for Thanksgiving! This is an old recipe my grandma used to make for Thanksgiving!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Zuccini (10-12 depending on size)
    Garlic Salt
    Onion Powder
    Black Pepper
    Shreded Cheese
Lay's Potato Chips (crushed...always fun thing for kids to do!)
Melted Butter to brown the top

Tips

This is one of those dishes that I can feel my way through depending if I double or make a small batch. Everything is cooked so it's about making it look pretty.

Serving size is really dependent on your casserole. Think like how you would serve up a lasagna.

Directions

Cut the zuccini into 1" pieces and boil, adding the garlic salt, onion powder and black pepper to taste. After tender, drain really good. Mash up. Pour into a casserole dish. Then top with cheese. Then top with crushed chips. LIghtly drizzle butter across top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30ish mins...remove foil so the top gets golden for another 5-10 mins.
