Ingredients

    6 tbsp butter
    12 oz package dark chocolate chips (I used Lily's NSA)
    1/4 cup dark cocoa
    1/3 cup cornstarch
    1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 cups xylitol (powdered)
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 eggs


    *optional add in 1 cup chopped nuts (not included in nutritional info)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly butter an 8-inch square baking pan.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave butter and chocolate in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until melted.
Stir in xylitol and vanilla. Stir in eggs, one at a time, until combined. Add remaining dry ingredients and stir vigorously until mixture is smooth.
Pour batter into pan and smooth top. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached, about 35 minutes. Let cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
