Introduction

I use this when in a hurry for breakfast. I use this when in a hurry for breakfast.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    I/4 cup of canned pumpkin
    1/4 cup of Dannon Lit n Fit greek vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup of sugar free Almond milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 frozen banana

    Place above ingredients in blender and combine. I also add ice and water if needed to get right consistency. You could boost the protein by adding protein powder but it would also increase calorie count or you could eliminate the chia and/or flax seed meal.
