    ##*Canned Chicken breast--White Premium Swanson, 6 oz (remove)
    ##Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 12 oz (remove)
    ##*Mayonaise Fat Free, 6 tbsp (remove)
    ##Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    ##Pecans, 1 oz (20 halves) chopped)
    ##Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/3 cup (40g), 1 serving (remove)

Directions

mix all with salt pepper to taste, I also add poultry seasoning
