    1/4 c. Market Day Baja Roasted Corn Blend
    1/2 c. black beans - reduced sodium
    1/2 c. zucchini
    1/4 c. red onion
    1/3 c. quinoa
    1/2 c. red pepper
    1 c. kale
    3 Tbsp. salsa
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    2 tsp. cumin

Tips

Wrap ingredients up in a whole wheat tortilla and garnish with lettuce, guacamole and cheese.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a pan and cook over medium heat until cooked through.
