Suitable for low carb high fat diet, but only if you can handle fruit sugars. High protein, high fat, all sugars from berries. Egg white protein powder is extremely sweet so it might be better cut with a plain whey or plain egg white protein to cut down the intense sweetness. Ingredients

1/2 cup dark chocolate almond milk
1 scoop vanilla egg-white protein powder (no msg)
1/2 cup blueberries
7 medium sized strawberries
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
Tips
If you want fewer calories, only drink half, or halve the recipe for an 8-ounce smoothie. If you want fewer carbs, use about 1/4 cup each of blueberries and strawberries, instead of 3/4 cup of both.
Directions
Blend all ingredients well in a blender.
