Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Sprouted WW flour
    2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
    2 Tbsp Almond Flour
    2 Tbsp of Golden Flax Meal
    3 Tbsp Roughly Ground Salted Pumpkin seeds
    1 Tbsp poppy seeds
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp B. Soda
    1/4 tsp B. Powder
    1/2 to 3/4 Cup almond Milk
    3 oz Narragansett Creamery Ricotta

Tips

All dry Ingredients together, then add dry to wet
best to use a hand mixer if you can, not necessary

Great to pre-make and toast for bread substitute
