Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1.5 cups old fashioned rolled oats
.5 tsp baking soda
.5 tsp baking powder
.5 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
.5 tsp nutmeg
Wet Ingredients
.5 cup of honey
.5 cup olive oil
1 large egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
Yummy Ingredients
.5 cup craisins (dried cranberries)
Directions
In a medium bowl mix all the dry ingredients together.
In a large bowl, beat egg with 1 tbls water. Add remaining wet ingredients to bowl and mix together.
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Add craisins and mix together. If mix is too wet, add a little more flour.
Chill mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 335 degrees.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto the baking sheet. Press down with a fork to ensure even cooking.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom of the cookie.
Place on cooling rack and cool for 5 minutes
