Ingredients

    1 Bag 2.25oz Baby Carrots sliced
    2 Stalks Celery sliced
    1 1/2 cups chopped cabbage
    1 Medium Portabello Cap diced
    1 Medium Yellow onion diced
    4 Turkey Sausage browned and sliced
    8 oz cooked Pork shredded
    4 cups water
    4 cups chicken stock
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    4 tsp Italian Seasoning

Tips

If you want you can omit the pork.


Directions

Heat olive oil in large Pot, cook onions, celery, carrots over medium heat until onions are translucent. Add mushroom, and cabbage, cook for a couple minutes. Add water and Chicken stock. Brown sausage, slice and add to pot. Shred Cooked pork and add to pot. Add Italian Seasoning. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes to an hour.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
