Ingredients

Low fat cream cheese (Use Fat Free for less calories)
EVOO
Whole Milk (Use unsweetened almond or skim milk for less calories)
Whole Wheat Pastry Flour (Any flour will work)
Parmesan Cheese (1 cup was really almost too much)
Garlic
Basil
Pasta (probably leaner pasta out there to choose from)
Broccoli
Chicken
Tips
Use fat free cream cheese and/or unsweetened almond milk to lessen calories and keep the creamy yummy taste.
Directions
Pasta: Cook pasta noodles, drain and put 1 tbsp evoo to keep from sticking.
Meat: Grill the chicken with garlic and basil. We use chicken tender strips to save time on the grill!
Sauce:
Heat 1 tbsp evoo in sauce pan over medium/high
Pour in 3 cups of milk and heat up (Whole milk)
Whisk in half of 1/4 cup of pastry flour
Put in 1 8oz block of cream cheese (1/3 less fat)
Toss in chopped broccoli
Simmer for 5-7 minutes or until BEGINS to thicken
Sprinkle and stir in 1 cup Parmesan cheese
Let sit for 5 minutes
Serving Size: Serving is about 1/2 cup sauce and 1 cup pasta with 4oz chicken
