Ingredients

    1/2 CUP Dry Old-Fashioned Oats (Quaker)
    1 CUP Water
    1 TBSP Ground Flaxseed (Bob's Red Mill's)
    1/2 CUP Frozen Blueberries
    1 TBSP Chopped Walnuts
    1 TBSP All-Fruit Apricot Preserve (Polaner's)
    1/4 TSP Ground Ginger

Tips

Can use other nuts or seeds
Can use other seasonings
BE CREATIVE!


Directions

Combine OATMEAL and WATER in a large microwave-safe bowl (something with high-edges). Add a dash of salt, if desired. Microwave on 50% power for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, gather remaining ingredients.
Add GROUND FLAXSEED, BLUEBERRIES, WALNUTS, APRICOT PRESERVES, & GINGER to the oatmeal and stir to combine.
Put back in the microwave for another 30 seconds.
DIG IN!
