Introduction

Very dark, moist banana bread, very flavourful. Very dark, moist banana bread, very flavourful.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 medium bananas
    1 cup sugar
    3 1/2 tsp baking soda
    dash salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 plus 2 Tbsp flour
    1/2 cup buttermilk, sour milk or yogurt
    1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions

Mash bananas, mix with all ingredients together. The amount of baking soda is correct.
Bake in loaf pan, 275 degrees for 2.5 hours. Long slow baking time is correct too.
