Introduction

Beets, berries, and spinach and a huge shot of antioxidants in this gorgeous and surprisingly DELISH smoothie! Paleo, vegetarian, vegan, and dairy free! Ingredients

    1/2 c sliced cooked beets
    1/2 c frozen mixed berries
    1 c fresh spinach
    1 c almond milk (or other liquid)
    1 scoop (15g) hemp protein
    1 packet stevia

Tips

Replace the spinach with lettuce (yes, it sounds weird, but it still tastes great). Adjust amount of liquid, or add ice cubes, to create the thickness that you prefer.


Directions

Throw all ingredients in blender or bullet, including any personal favourite flavour enhancers (cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, etc).

Blend. Enjoy.
