Ingredients

    *Tyson Whole Roasted Chicken, 48 oz
    Egg white, large, 2 serving
    *Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth, 6 cup
    *Del Monte Sweet Corn Cream Style, 3.625 cup (remove)
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Sesame Oil, .5 1tsp
    Corn Starch, .25 cup
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Water, 3/4 cup, divided

Directions

Finely chop chicken. Mix 1 egg white with 1/2 cup water and set aside. Heat stock and next five ingredients. Add chicken mixture and bring to a boil. Add cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water. Beat remaining egg white and whole egg together and slowly add to soup, stirring constantly.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings; 2 cups each
