Introduction

Ingredients

    24 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
    1-2 Tbsp. Five-spice blend

Tips

Be sure to keep the heat on medium while cooking to get the best flavor from the sesame oil.


Directions

Warm the sesame oil and half of the five-spice mix in a fry pan on medium heat. Place chicken in the fry pan. Sprinkle the rest of the five-spice on top of the chicken and cover. Keep on medium heat! Turn chicken over after about 10 minutes and cook covered for about another 10 minutes. Be sure the chicken is cooked all the way through (no pink inside!) and serve hot.
