Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    7 eggs
    2 tbsp of water
    1/2 lb Whataburger Pork Sausage (sold at HEB stores)
    1/2 cup cheddar cheease, shredded
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped green (bell) pepper

Tips

Serving is 2 muffins


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

On stove, brown sausage, eggs, and green pepper.
Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Divide sausage mixture into muffin tin.
Divide cheese into muffin tin.
Beat eggs; add water.
Divide eggs into muffin tin.

Cook for 20-30 minutes. (I always check mine at the 20 minute point to see if it needs more time.)

Serving Size: 2 muffins
