Introduction

This is my first attempt to modify my my usual recipe to gluten free. This is my first attempt to modify my my usual recipe to gluten free.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 chicken thighs
    2 cups white rice
    4 cups of water
    4 teaspoons of chicken boulion
    mushrooms fresh or canned
    1.5 cups of heavey whipping cream


Directions

Grease the pan and lay down an even layer of rice.
lay the chicken and mushrooms on top of that. mix the water and the bullion and poor over the meat/mushrooms. Drizzle the cream over all. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hour. Uncover the last 1/2 hour to brown the chicken.
