Introduction

My go-to recipe served with zucchini noodles and tomatoes. My go-to recipe served with zucchini noodles and tomatoes.
Number of Servings: 22

Ingredients

    Ground turkey, 20 oz
    1/2 cup yellow onion, minced
    2 Tbsp fresh basil (or 1 Tbsp dried)
    1 Tbsp dried oregano
    1 tsp dried sage
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
    1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    1 egg

Tips

These freeze well after cooking.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients in order given.
Use a medium-sized cookie scoop to form golf ball sized meatballs and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 7 minutes, then turn over.
Continue baking for appx 7 minutes until done.


Serving Size: Makes 22 golf ball sized meatballs. (3-4 per person)
