Ingredients

    Oat Meal
    Peanut butter
    Flax seed
    Maple syrup
    chia seeds
    vanilla
    vanilla protein powder

Tips

This is the foundation of the balls. Often times I add things I have at home to change it up. Examples are: coconut oil, unsweetened shredded coconut, raisins, currents, dried cherries, sunflower seeds, any chopped nut, wheat germ, coffee, coconut flour, mini chocolate chips or even a little nutella.


Directions

Mix all ingredients and roll into 12 golf balls size balls.
