Ingredients

    1 Spaghetti Squash
    1 cup cheese (I did feta)
    3 cups Greek Yogurt
    1 tbsp Mayo
    3 cloves crushed garlic
    plenty of s&p and even some cayenne pepper
    1/2 c breadcrumbs (for topping)
    1 tsp paprika (also for topping)

Tips

Serve with celery, carrots, vegetable chips.


Directions

Bake squash at 400 for 1 hr or until cooked. Scoop out and mix in rest of ingredients except for toppings. Place in a baking dish and add toppings. Bake at 375 for 30 min.

Serving Size: Not sure...maybe makes 8 cups, 16 1/2-cup servings
