Ingredients

    Bell Plantation's PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter) with Chocolate, 1 tbsp
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 2 Tbs ground
    Cacoa Powder (this is not a misprint...it's cacoa and not cocoa powder)- 1 tbsp
    "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp
    Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1 cup
    Stevia, 1 serving

Tips

Grind the sunflowers separately and then add them to the other ingredients to all be blended at once.


Directions

Throw everything in a blender. I make mine in a 1 serving blender cup that came with my Ninja blender. This recipe makes 1 serving.
