3 bags Quorn Chik'n Tenders
2 cans Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, undrained
1 can Black Beans, drained
1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
1 pkg McCormick Fiesta Chicken Spice
Tips
Consider low-sodium canned tomatoes and black beans, and rinse the black beans after draining, to reduce the salt content of the dish.
Directions
Spray crock with non-stick cooking spray.
Add frozen Quorn Chik'n Tenders to crock.
In a bowl, mix remain ingredients and stir until well combined. Add mixture to crock and stir.
Set slow cooker to cook on low for six hours and keep covered. Stir once before serving.
