Ingredients

    Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup
    Kiwi Fruit, 1 fruit without skin, medium
    Pineapple, fresh, 1 fruit shredded
    Raspberries, 1 cup
    Bottled Cranberry Juice Cocktail, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Zuchinni fresh, 1 cup shredded
    Pomegranite, Fresh (seed/juice sacs), 2 cups
    Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 4 tsp
    Apples, Gala 2 med (about 1 lb)

Tips

You can substitute pomegranate juice for the fresh pomegranate if you do not have it. 2 cups seeds is approx 1/2 cup pomegranate juice.


Directions

Shred the zucchini and pineapple in the food processor if you have one for easier blending. Then add the other ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. If too thick, add a little more water or cranberry juice.
