Introduction

Upscale version of bacon and egg. Upscale version of bacon and egg.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    One slice of brioche
    1 egg
    1 slice of peameal
    1 slice of brie

Directions

Lightly toast the brioche
Add one slice of freshly cooked peameal
Add one freshly cooked fried egg
Add one four .5cm slice of brie

Finish off in a press machine or lightly grill to slightly melt the brie.
