Introduction

Ingredients

    1 TBS. Olive Oil
    1 box Chicken Flavoured Rice a Roni
    1-12oz tin corn
    1 LB. very lean ground beef
    2.5 cups of warm water

Tips

You can also use ground chicken or turkey. I usually serve this with broccoli spears or spinach. You can also put in any leftover cooked veg like carrots, cauliflower, green beans . Spice it up as desired.


Directions

Brown beef in very large frying pan that has a lid. Remove cooked beef from pan. Pour in olive oil and dump in box of Rice a Roni. Stir continuously until rice and noodle start to brown up a bit. Add water and flavour packet to rice. Stir in cooked beef and drained corn.Cover and reduce heat, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes or until rice is soft.
