Ingredients

    Nonstick Olive Oil Cooking Spray
4 Pork Chops, (about 3 oz. each)
    Kosher Salt
    Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Orange Juice (no pulp)
2 Medium Oranges (separated, with peels, plith, and
    seeds removed)
    1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Directions

Liberally spray a large skillet with cooking spray, then place over medium-high heat. Season pork with salt and pepper and cook until cooked through, 9 minutes, flipping regularly to prevent sticking. Transfer to a platter.

Add orange juice and parsley to skillet. Cook 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in orange segments. Spoon orange mixture over pork chops and serve. Enjoy!
