Ingredients

    Skinless, boneless organic chicken breast - 2
    Red onion - raw
    fresh asparagus spears
    Cedar's artichoke spinach hummus
    red bell pepper
    Can red kidney beans - or white beans
    Garlic & herb Mrs. Dash seasoning

Tips

I break up the chicken breast with a spoon before adding the beans and spinach.


Directions

Add onion, bell pepper, chicken, hummus and mrs. dash. Cook about an hour and a half. Add asparagus. Cook another hour and a half. Add can drained rinsed beans, cook another half hour. Add fresh spinach and turn off power, let sit for another half hour. Cooked on low for a total of about 4 hours.
