Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts, cubed
    1 small onion, diced
    1 large zucchini, cut into chunks
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 t. garlic, minced
    1 T. Italian Seasoning
    1 1/2 c. Pasta Sauce
    1 c. shredded cheese
    Parmesan cheese for topping

Directions

Spray crockpot. Add all ingredients EXCEPT cheese. Cook on High for 3-4 hours OR on LOW for 6-8 hours. Stir in shredded cheese just before serving. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese when serving. Serve over pasta or Quinoa (not included in nutritional info)
