This is a quick and easy breakfast you can take anywhere! This is a quick and easy breakfast you can take anywhere!

Ingredients

    6 Eggs
    1 Package of drained frozen Spinach
    1 Cup of shredded cheese (your choice as to which kind)
    1/2 Cup fat free milk
    1 Package diced ham (your brand of choice)
    Hot sauce of choice to taste (optional)

Tips

These are the ingredients I use you can add any vegetables you like. You can even omit the meat and make all veggies! Eat what you want and the rest can be frozen for later.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place mixture in muffin baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Oven temps vary so cook until eggs are done or egg muffins are firm to the touch.
