Ingredients
-
Flour, white, 2 cup)
Sunflower Oil, 4Tbsp
Granulated Sugar, 8 tsp
Active Dry Yeast, 1.5 tbsp
kosher salt, 1 tbsp
Multigrain Flour, Robin Hood, 1 cup, 4 cup
Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (very warm)
Tips
spray tops of bread with cooking spray lightly so plastic wrap does not stick. Wait at least 20 minutes until bread is cooled before cutting into, although difficult to wait, the loaf could be a little misshapen if you cut into it too soon. Enjoy!
Directions
dissolve yeast in 2 cups of warm tap water and sugar for 10 minutes until foamy. Add in oil and salt mix well. Add the 2 cups of white flour, mix until combined, add the remaining 4 cups of multigrain flour and knead in until dough is smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap and dry towel in warm place until doubled in size. Once double, punch the dough down to release air bubbles, and shape into 2oz balls for buns, or in half for bread loaves. again, place in greased pans, cover with plastic wrap and towel, until raised. bake at 350 until gold brown...about 25-35 mins. Brush tops with melted butter, and let cool completely on drying racks before bagging.
