Ingredients

    Barilla veggie rotini, 24 oz
    Tuna, Canned in Water, drained, 3 can
    Peas, frozen, 454 grams
    Silk Almond Milk Original Light, 1.5 cup
    Flour, white, .25 cup
    Butter, unsalted 4 tablespoons
    5 Whole Wheat Ritz Crackers (1 Serving) or 15 grams, 3 serving
    Brummel & Brown, Original Spread made with Yogurt, 1 Tbsp.

Directions

cook pasta according until just under done, in the meantime heat large oven safe pan place butter in pan and allow to melt completely DO NOT BROWN, then add flour to form short of paste, cook flour for 2-3 minutes then add milk. once thickened added tuna and peas when pasta is done add to pan toss to coat. Crush crackers and melt Brummel and Brown pour over crackers then crumble over mixture. Place in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes to heat through.
