Introduction

These Patties are really good by themselves or as a burger These Patties are really good by themselves or as a burger
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    -2 cans of light flaked tuna (or fish of ur type).
    -2 large eggs.
    -2 tbp All prepared Mustard.
    -1 tsp parsley
    -1 Onion (Fineley choped)
    -1 tsp Lime Juice
    -1/2 tsp salt
    -1/2 tsp pepper
    -1/2 tsp Garlic Pepper
    -1/2 tsp Rose Marry
    -1/4 mixed cup of Rice krispies,All Bran cerial.(choped)
    -Canola Oil (For Frying)


Directions

In large bowl combine the
fish,eggs,mustard,onion,lime juice,& all the spices mix together till well combined.
then add the 1/4 cup of choped cerial,Then devide into 4-6 balls and form into thin patties

***you can put then between parchment paper and refridgerate so that there more firm***

heat a fair amount of oil in a frying pan on medium heat and gently place a pattie in pan let turn brown then slowly turn pattie over using to lifters then when brownd and crispy around the edges take off heat and place on paper towel to remove extra grease.

*NOTES:
-good served with bean salad
-make as a burger with a side salad

makes 4 thin large patties and 6 thin medium patties.

    Very Good
    Great family meal. I sereved them on burger buns with lettuce, tomatoe and homemade tarter sauce. I added some craker crumbs to bind them together a little bit better for cooking. - 1/13/17
