Ingredients

    10 oz package broccoli and carrot slaw
    1/4 cup raisins
    1 TB black sesame seeds
    1/3 cup tahini
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1-2 TB curry powder (hot, mild or combination)
    2 TB agave nectar

Tips

I have substituted chopped dried mango and craisins for the raisins. Onions are a nice addition sometimes. Substitute other seeds for the sesame -- pumpkin, toasted pine nuts. So many fun variations.


Directions

In a bowl, mix slaw, raisins and sesame seeds. In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, curry power and agave. Pour dressing over slaw mixture. Allow to marinate in refrigerator at least an hour to let flavors combine.
